Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover the Second Shift Team website and anyone who calls, texts or books with one of our AI team members. Second Shift Team is a brand of Barthelemy Holdings, Inc., 505 Ellicott St, Suite A327, Buffalo, NY 14203. Businesses that hire an AI team member also sign a Placement Agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from these terms.
You are talking to AI
Our team members, such as Poppy, are AI. They say so on every call and text. They handle intake, questions with approved answers, and scheduling. They do not give legal, medical, financial or safety advice. In an emergency, call 911.
Call recording
Calls answered by an AI team member are recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up and so we can check quality. By staying on the call, you agree to the recording.
Text messages
- Program: appointment confirmations, reminders and replies for the business you contacted, sent by Second Shift Team.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@secondshiftteam.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number and messages.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse it, try to break it, or copy its content to pass it off as your own. The Second Shift Team name, characters and site content belong to Barthelemy Holdings, Inc.
No guarantees
We work to make our AI team members accurate and reliable, but the website and the AI are provided as is. Appointment times and answers come from the business you contacted, and that business is responsible for its own services.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Barthelemy Holdings, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or talking with an AI team member. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
New York law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Erie County, New York.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
